Ability’s initial activities are largely with legacy portfolios of LTC and Life insurers seeking to divest their individual and group business segments. Many clients and prospects have ceased underwriting new business. The Ability team is comprised of experienced experts in transaction structuring, insurance and reinsurance administration, portfolio analysis, and risk management at the policy, insurer, and reinsurer levels.
